Mike’s Fitness JP Reopens Indoor Group Exercise Classes with Exciting Offerings

After a long hiatus due to the pandemic, we at Mike’s Fitness JP are thrilled to announce the reopening of our indoor group exercise classes! Our state-of-the-art group x studio is now available for members to book Spinning, Zumba, and full-body metabolic/strength training classes. We understand that staying fit and healthy is more important now than ever, and we are committed to providing safe and effective workouts that cater to all fitness levels.

Spinning classes at Mike’s Fitness JP are designed to push your limits and challenge your endurance. Led by our experienced instructors Jim and Lisa, these classes are perfect for intermediate and advanced riders who want to take their cycling skills to the next level. With a focus on intervals, hills, and sprints, you’ll be working your core and burning calories in no time. Spinning classes are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM and cost only $10 per session.

Zumba is a high-energy cardio class that combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Led by our talented instructor Nancy, these classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Zumba routines feature interval training sections combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM for an hour of non-stop fun and fitness. The cost of the Zumba class is also $10 per session.

Our full-body metabolic/strength training class is designed to elevate your heart rate, increase calorie burn, and build muscle in less time than your average strength or cardio session. This type of training targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously and provides a host of health benefits. Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of multi-joint, compound exercises that will challenge your strength and endurance. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and the cost is $10 per session.
