A high-energy indoor cycling class that goes beyond the ride. This session incorporates focused core engagement throughout, combining intense intervals, hills, and sprint work to challenge more experienced riders—while still offering modifications for all levels. Whether you’re looking to push your endurance or build strength through your center, this ride delivers a full-body burn with powerful beats and purposeful movement. ALL LEVELS.

I have been teaching and group fitness classes for over 25 years for numerous health clubs in gyms in the Boston metro area. I have been certified in Hi and Low impact aerobics, Step class, Slide as well as Matt pilates. I started teaching Spin classes after attending both Cycle Rebook and Madd Dog certification workshops while teaching for Boston Athletic Club and Mike’s Gym.

My passion for teaching and love of fitness evolved into a great side hustle of managing group exercise programs for Mike’s Gym in the South End and Mike’s Fitness in Jamaica Plain.

When I am not teaching I am a Sales Representative in the apparel industry.
