12 Week Transformation Program

The 12 Week Transformation Program at Mike’s Fitness JP is an all-inclusive program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through personalized coaching and support.

At the start of the program, you will meet with your own personal trainer/coach to discuss your goals and develop a custom training program tailored to your individual needs. You will then meet with your coach twice a week for personal training sessions, where you will work on strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to help you reach your goals.

In addition to the personal training sessions, you will also receive long-term lifestyle coaching to help you make lasting changes to your diet and exercise habits. This includes weekly weigh-ins and monthly measurements to track your progress, as well as personal accountability through regular check-ins with your coach.

Throughout the program, you will have individual support every step of the way, with your coach there to help you overcome any challenges or obstacles that may come up. And at the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to see your transformation through before and after photos, showcasing the progress you have made.
