"Kate is a talented trainer. She is not only extremely knowledgable in the field of physical training, but is also able to translate and tailor her knowledge and skills to best meet the needs of her clients. I met Kate about 2 years ago when I first started training for the San Francisco half marathon. Kate is an experienced runner and has completed multiple full and half marathons. She designed a training program for me that combined strength training and a cardio plan that improved my distance running and increased my speed. I went from 10:00 minute per mile to an 8:15 min per mile pace. I’ve completed a total of 6 half marathons and continue to look for more races! More importantly Kate is an extremely kind and generous person. She is very personable and a lot of fun to be around. She has a great sense of humor and it is a joy to work with her."
