  • Where are we Located

"Last year I was a weak baby boomer who had just semi- retired and wanted to get more exercise. I wanted to get stronger so I could enjoy the rest of my life without losing my balance, falling, and breaking a hip. Mike’s Gym had trainers so I joined up with Justice and have had a wonderful time ever since. I meet with him once a week and he gives me exercises I can do and then we build on them. He is so encouraging and knowledgeable about exercise and how the body works, I always learn something . We laugh a lot which makes it fun and so I look forward to doing the exercises. Because of his expertise, I have never injured myself during a workout. My initial goal was when I was traveling, to lift my suitcase by myself into the overhead bin in the airplane and now I can do that. Success! I’m seeing and feeling the benefits of training with Justice and want to continue. I’m getting stronger and stronger with his help! thank you Justice, you’re the best!"
