"Last year I was a weak baby boomer who had just semi- retired and wanted to get more exercise. I wanted to get stronger so I could enjoy the rest of my life without losing my balance, falling, and breaking a hip. Mike’s Gym had trainers so I joined up with Justice and have had a wonderful time ever since. I meet with him once a week and he gives me exercises I can do and then we build on them. He is so encouraging and knowledgeable about exercise and how the body works, I always learn something . We laugh a lot which makes it fun and so I look forward to doing the exercises. Because of his expertise, I have never injured myself during a workout. My initial goal was when I was traveling, to lift my suitcase by myself into the overhead bin in the airplane and now I can do that. Success!
