Private 1-on-1 Personal
Our NEW studio is just for YOU and your coach. No others will be allowed in the room while you have a session. The room is cleaned after each use and we are following mask guidelines for both you and your coach.

Mike's Fitness is now offering live Virtual Personal Training sessions as an alternative to in-club training so that you can continue to meet your goals from the comfort of your own home.
