Rob Halpin

Rob Halpin is a certified Hatha yoga instructor with nearly 1,000 hours of advanced training hours spanning yoga therapeutics, advanced sequencing, yoga philosophy and–increasingly–the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda. Rob’s challenging and life-affirming teaching style combines a precise understanding of alignment principles with a playful sense of humor to maximize the potential of all students, be they beginner or advanced. Rob’s classes at Mike’s Fitness are dynamic and strong yet carefully designed so that everyone can thrive. Classes feature a complete set of asanas from standing poses and hip openers, to backbends, forward bends and inversions.
