A: Re-opening date is July 13, 2020
Q: Can I freeze my membership if I’m not ready to come back to the gym?
A: Yes, you can put your membership on hold until you are ready to return to the gym.
Q: Is there a time limit on how long I can keep my membership on hold?
Q: When will my membership be re-activated?
A: Your membership will be re-activated when you physically come to the gym and inform us that you are back to using the gym.
Q: Can I get a refund for the time that the gym was closed due to the pandemic?
A: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be given if you’ve moved away and will not return to utilize the gym. We will require documentation of your move. We are a small business trying to keep the doors open and JP healthy.
Q: Can I get a refund if I just don’t want to return to the gym?
A: Unfortunately, no. You’re welcome to put your membership on hold.
Q: How do I receive my refund if I’ve moved away?
A: We will require documentation of your move. We will keep in touch on how best to issue your refund.
Q: Are you accepting new members?
A: Yes, we are. However, due to limited capacity, we will phase the number of new member sign-ups. This will change as we progress into our opening phase.
Q: Can I come in for a tour of the gym?
