Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A traditional 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class, linking poses through breath to movement. Students can expect a gentle warm-up, followed by a sequence to build strength, stability, flexibility, and a sense of calm in the mind. Students are encouraged to take the class at their own pace and listen to their body; the instructor will also provide modifications to make the practice accessible to all levels. Suitable for beginners to advanced students.

Jess received her yoga teacher training in Denver, CO, with a focus on the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, yogic philosophy, alignment, and subtle body anatomy. As a writer and creative, Jess blends both the physical and emotional, encouraging her students to dive deeper beyond their physical asana practice.
Her Vinyasa Flow classes often include practices for both the body and mind, blending strength, stillness, breathwork, and meditation.
