- Greet and welcome our cherished guests and members, setting the tone for their fitness journey.
- Engage with potential members, guiding them through our sign-up process, answering their inquiries, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
- Be the reassuring voice on the phone, handling incoming calls with professionalism and a touch of Mike’s Fitness JP charm.
- Drive the sales of our gym products, helping members make choices that best align with their fitness goals.
- Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area, ensuring that it’s a space members look forward to seeing upon their visits.
