Bio fitness certified. personal trainer and fitness instructor for 7 years. also, body builder. classes taught are: basic aerobics, kick boxing, boot camp, H.I.T.T and core. outside of fitness, I’m a mentor and serve my community. since a young child, i was always inspired to be fit by watching my peers and pro wrestlers. When I became 17, i joined a gym and since that time, I’ve maintained a fit lifestyle. since, being told that i’m good at what I do, I was encouraged by gym staff to pursue personal training. Now, i’m tied to an encyclopedia of knowledge pertaining to fitness and I’ve became a great fitness motivator and my goal is to keep doing so and to inspire others to reach their fitness goals.
